We offer two programs to choose from and allow you to change your program up to two times per year as your business grows.

What makes us different

The first program is a very competitive rate of commission. We challenge you to find a salon in the area that offers higher!

 Once you have been successful in building your clientele, you then have the option to "graduate" to chair rental! You will not find another salon that lets you start on commission and then move to chair rent when you are ready. Why do we do this? Because we understand that once you've done the work it takes to build, you deserve it!

 All ready have a steady clientele? No problem! If you are ready for that from the get-go, who are we to stop you?! Our chair rent program is unique because we offer a separate rent option for those who are part time. Why should you pay for the days you don't work? You will find as you research  salons in the area, we offer the most affordable chair rent in the entire Rockford and Cedar Springs area.

Never sign a no-compete contract. We will never make you sign a contract that inhibits your growth and freedom as a hairstylist. Not only will we never ask you to sign one, you should be very leery of salons who ask you to sign one. Statistically, those salons have an extremely high rate of staff turn-over.

Qualifications required: Must be licensed in the state of Michigan for at least 1 year. Must be professional in appearance, personality and customer interaction. Must be up to date on latest trends and be able to perform them at maximum quality. Must have marketing skills along with a strong know-how in client retention.
